Job Purpose
RBI Reporting Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
Regulatory Centre of Excellence (CoE) – Project Management Office (PMO) | RBI Regulatory Reporting

Key Responsibilities:
? Partner with the RBI Regulatory Reporting team to understand and coordinate data requirements, ensuring timely and accurate support for regulatory reporting.
? Provide end-to-end PMO support for RBI regulatory reporting initiatives, including project planning, milestone tracking, governance, risk management, and timely delivery of key milestones.
? Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of regulatory reporting deliverables and resolution of dependencies.
? Serve as the primary coordination point between the Finance function and other business, operations, technology, and support teams for RBI reporting-related initiatives.
? Support the Finance team during RBI inspections by coordinating information requests, tracking action items, and facilitating timely responses.
? Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of documentation, presentations, and reports required for RBI inspections and regulatory submissions.
? Monitor adherence to RBI regulatory requirements as well as internal policies, governance standards, and control frameworks.
? Identify opportunities to streamline regulatory reporting processes, improve governance,



and enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and automation initiatives.
? Track and report project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders through appropriate governance forums.
? Foster effective communication and collaboration across Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and other relevant functions to ensure successful execution of regulatory initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications

? CA / Master in Finance having minimum of 3 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry
? Having solid background of accounting & financial systems
? Strong understanding of RBI regulations and requirements
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
? Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
b) Work Experience

? 3 - 4 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry
