Job Description
Function: Sales and Business General Management / Strategy, Design and Creative Graphic Design / Animation, Product / Project Management Project Management
- Adobe Captivate
- Graphic Design
- Project Management
- Virtual Reality
- Presentations
Responsibilities:
- Perform Training Needs analysis, scope projects, and define the most appropriate training approach and content
- Independently create storyboards, audio, and video scripts, job aids, and scenarios
- Interact and assist Graphic Designer with inputs
Requirements:
- Experience in instructional design and/or curriculum development
- Knowledge of assessment methods and formats, such as multiple-choice, hands-on, open-ended response, etc
- Knowledge of Learning Management systems
Software Applications:
- Adobe Captivate/Storyline
Others:
- Adobe Animate and Premier pro experience is an added advantage
