Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in payment posting, medical billing, or revenue cycle management in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and payment posting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare billing software.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Graduation in any stream.
- Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 25 WPM and 95% accuracy.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
