Job Description

You will execute our import and export operations to ensure our goods arriveon time at the lowest landed cost while ensuring customs compliance with regulations. To excel in this role, you will work collaboratively with business partners to ensure effective management, timelysolutions and execution. Externally, you will be responsible for the operational managementof third-party logistics vendors, customs brokers, freight forwarders and other stakeholdersneeded to perform and deliver the requirements of this role.Additionally, you will be responsible for activities such asdocumentation preparation (invoice, packing list, bills of lading), customs management, trackand trace, claims management, invoice billing management, compliance execution (HSE,quality, risk management), tenders support, and third-party performance management.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide a high-level of service to the Imports of Raw materials and Capital goods import also exportintercompanyshipments process conducted by directreports and support to all functions involved in the process
- Be responsible for the Pre Check of Imports and Exports documents and Custom clearance. Exports majorly intercompany and SAP knowledge will be additional advantage
- Ancillary agencies knowledge (FSSAI, AQ, PQ, ADC, EIA)
- Be responsible for other Imports export documents validation and preparation - all of types of certificates
- Cooperate with external parties-for example Custom House Agent, Freight Forwarder Liners, Overseas Vendors, Transporter and their payments also do the handholding with all internal stake holders
- Cooperate with the warehouse team and third-party logistics operators for shipmentpreparation and their timely deliveries.
- Should be responsible for the KPI of CHA, Freight forwarder,
4PL agent and document retention for upcoming audits.
What you will bring

- Experience in EXIM , outbound logistics or transport area
- Practical knowledge of customs processes and documentation
- Ability to interpret data
- Communication skills written and oral
- SAP experience - Microsoft Office (Advance Excel skill & PPTskill)
- Ability to work under pressure
