We are looking for an expert Webflow developer to provide ongoing support for our marketing website, instawork.com. This person will work primarily with our Growth Marketing Director and SEO Manager.

This is an ongoing, remote part-time contract role for 20 hours per week.
Who You Are
- You are an expert Webflow developer who can build and launch high-quality pages quickly and efficiently
- You have advanced experience with Webflow CMS, including collections, agile binding, collection templates, filtering, and sorting.
- You can use Figma designs to build fully responsive pages across desktop, tablet, and mobile.




- You are proficient in creating, structuring, and maintaining scalable Webflow styles and CSS.
- You understand semantic HTML, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, schema markup, redirects, and SEO best practices.
- You have experience using Finsweet Attributes or similar Webflow libraries.
- You can use lightweight JavaScript when Webflow’s native functionality is not sufficient.
- You think in systems and create reusable components that improve consistency and make future development faster.
- You are comfortable working independently, identifying potential issues, and recommending better solutions.
- You understand how and when to use AI to accelerate your work. Cursor is an important tool here and you will have the freedom to build.
