Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition across the Mumbai and Pune markets.



This is a pure hunting role focused on identifying prospects, generating opportunities, and closing enterprise IT services deals.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B IT services sales, experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders, and a proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and acquire new enterprise customers in Mumbai and Pune.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Client Engagement
- Meet and engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CFOs, and other key decision-makers.
