Customer Relationship Manager – Business Development (Automation)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our Process Automation team. If you are passionate about client engagement, solution selling, and driving business growth in industrial automation (DCS, PLC, SCADA), this is the chance for you.




? Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand business opportunities in process automation across key industries
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and propose tailored automation solutions
• Lead techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and client presentations
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams for solution development and execution
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and identify new growth opportunities
? What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in automation business development/sales
• Strong knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• BE/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or related field
