This is an experienced IT project management opportunity focused on delivering complex software and technology initiatives from planning through implementation and post-project evaluation. You will lead small to mid-sized projects while coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders, resources, risks, and delivery milestones. The role combines strong project governance with a practical understanding of software development, Agile methodologies, and business requirements. You will serve as a central point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Success requires confident leadership, structured problem-solving, and the ability to navigate both technical and business considerations. Accountabilities:




- Lead small to mid-sized IT software projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering through implementation, delivery, and post-project evaluation.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, communication plans, resource plans, and delivery strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project communications, maintaining transparent and consistent communication with clients, project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure requirements, milestones, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and deadlines remain on track.
- Manage project resources, risks, issues, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and required signoffs.
