Job Summary:
The HR Data & Insights Analyst is responsible for the development, governance, and delivery of HR reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions. This role will serve as the primary subject matter expert for Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), delivering actionable insights that support strategic workforce planning, talent management, compliance, payroll, and operational decision-making.
The ideal candidate combines solid technical reporting expertise with business acumen and a passion for transforming HR data into meaningful insights. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, OTBI dashboard development, and HR data is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize OTBI analyses, dashboards, and reports across Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Develop executive-level dashboards and KPI scorecards for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Create standardized reporting packages for workforce, talent, recruiting, compensation, diversity, payroll, absence,



and organizational metrics.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.

Analytics & Insights
- Analyze workforce data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights on headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, internal mobility, workforce demographics, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support strategic workforce planning initiatives through predictive and trend analysis.
- Develop recurring and ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.

Data Governance & Quality
- Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy across HR systems.
- Validate data sources and resolve discrepancies.
- Establish and maintain report documentation, data definitions, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to improve reporting processes and data quality.
