Job Description

•Develop and execute HR / ER strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
•Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing grievances, demands, and other field related issues.
•Conduct regular review meetings with Managers and Medical Representatives and ensure alignment across divisions while addressing field issues effectively.
•Draft disciplinary letters, manage disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies, and labour laws.
•Handle field industrial relations matters and coordinate with police authorities, labour offices, and legal representatives when required.
•Conduct domestic inquiries and manage disciplinary proceedings for field employees.
•Regularly review legal cases and ensure proactive coordination with external advocates for conciliation proceedings and court matters.
•Ensure compliance with labour laws across India and maintain dashboards to track statutory compliance.
•Develop and oversee HR / ER / IR strategies, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure effective field operations and compliance.
