Product – Master Data Management (MDM) Lead

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end‑to‑end Product Master Data lifecycle including creation, enrichment, change, and retirement
- Lead Product MDM run operations, SLAs, KPIs, and backlog prioritization
- Drive Product MDM enhancements, tooling improvements, and documentation updates
- Establish and operationalize Product MDM governance, stewardship, and workflows
- Ensure compliance with ITC, COO, HS/HTC, ECCN and regulatory requirements
- Partner with CPQ, eCommerce, SAP,



and MDM platform teams to maintain canonical product models
- Build and mentor Product MDM COE resources and coordinate MSP delivery
- Drive data quality dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives
- Basic Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 6–10 years experience in Product MDM / Data Governance
- Experience with SAP Material Master, CPQ, and enterprise MDM tools (EBX preferred)
- Robust stakeholder management and process design capability
- Experience leading run + enhancement teams
