Key Responsibilities:
- Track all sample orders from start to completion.
- Monitor sample aging and follow up on pending samples.
- Ensure samples are completed within the target timeline.
- Update and maintain sample tracking reports using basic computer skills.
- Identify delays and report them to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sample status and movement.
- Prioritize urgent customer samples and ensure timely delivery.
- Support smooth workflow and communication between departments.
- Monitor worker productivity and ensure productive utilization of manpower.
- Allocate work to team members and achieve daily production targets.

Skills Required:
- 5 to10 years of jewelry manufacturing experience.
- Good knowledge of the jewelry production process.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email).
- Good communication and time management skills.
