- Manage and monitor accounts assigned for legal recovery.
- Coordinate with internal legal departments and external advocates/law firms regarding recovery cases.
- Review delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate legal action.
- Prepare, maintain, and track legal documentation related to debt recovery.
- Follow up on court cases, arbitration proceedings, and recovery actions.
- Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and closures with debtors where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of legal receivables, case status, and recovery progress.
- Prepare periodic reports on recovery performance, legal cases, and outstanding balances.
- Liaise with finance, collections, and operations teams to resolve disputes affecting collections.
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to legal recovery processes.
