Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and refining complete system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. You engage in creating seamless experiences for users while ensuring robust and scalable backend solutions. Your work supports innovative approaches to solving complex business challenges, often incorporating the latest technologies and methodologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to an agile environment are integral parts of your daily routine, enabling continuous improvement and delivery of high-quality software products.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems to enhance performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Experience with backend and frontend development technologies related to Python Frameworks.
- Robust understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable code architectures.




- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and deployment strategies.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
