Role Overview

The Facility Manager – Tech will be responsible for the end-to-end management of facilities operations at technology client sites. This role ensures seamless service delivery, compliance, vendor management, and superior workplace experience while meeting SLA and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day facility operations across tech/corporate campuses

- Ensure delivery of hard and soft services as per defined SLAs

- Oversee services including housekeeping, security, MEP, helpdesk, and pest control

- Act as the single point of contact for client stakeholders at site

- Drive vendor management, performance reviews, and contract compliance

- Ensure adherence to statutory, safety, and compliance requirements

- Manage site budgets, cost controls, and vendor billing validations

- Lead and manage on-site teams including supervisors and service staff





- Track and improve KPIs related to uptime, response time, and service quality

- Handle escalations, audits, and inspections effectively

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices

- Support client transitions, expansions, and new site mobilizations

Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of tech park / corporate facility operations

- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills

- Sound knowledge of hard services (MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

- Strong people management and vendor coordination skills

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

- Proficiency in MS Excel, reports, and basic CAFM / helpdesk tools

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma / BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred)

- 6–10 years of experience in facility management

- Prior experience managing tech clients, IT parks, or corporate offices preferred

- Experience with large headcount and multi-vendor environments is an advantage
