Key Responsibilities:

1. Track all sample orders from start to completion.

2. Monitor sample aging and follow up on pending samples.

3. Ensure samples are completed within the target timeline.

4. Update and maintain sample tracking reports using basic computer skills.

5. Identify delays and report them to management.

6. Maintain accurate records of sample status and movement.

7. Prioritize urgent customer samples and ensure timely delivery.

8. Support smooth workflow and communication between departments.

9. Monitor worker productivity and ensure efficient utilization of manpower.

10. Allocate work to team members and achieve daily production targets.

(11) Follow up for Fulkit with Fulkit team.

Skills Required:

1. 5 to10 years of jewelry manufacturing experience.

2. Good knowledge of the jewelry production process.

3. Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

4. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email).

5. Valuable communication and time management skills.
