Job Description:

Position: Asst. Manager - Quality

Location: Daman

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Industries: FMCG - MNC

Responsibilities:

- Assure that the Quality Shift leader and Inspectors are supervising the production processes to make sure that product meets quality requirements. % FG defect and external complaints (Quantitative).
- Commonly work with other managers and executives to ensure that all employees are following established procedures and policies related to quality control. No of non-conformities (Quantitative).
- Analytical and Problem-solving ability. Reduction in Quality issues.
- Leading the quality improvement projects. Reduction in Quality defects.
- Training to Quality Shift Leaders / Quality Inspectors. No of trainings done as per Training Needs Identified.
- Supplier Quality Management, PPAP, Supplier Audit. Supplier Quality Improvements.




- Supports Planning and execution of Innovation projects fulfilling the Quality requirement in Coordination with the Engineering and Project team. No of Trials and Projects.
- Adherence to document and Process requirements of the Customers with respect to PQC operations. % Failure rate in the Internal and External audits.
- Optimum Usage of Resources available in PQC. Multiskilling of Quality Inspectors.

Required Skills:

- Positive communication and reporting skill

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics

Salary :- Upto 13.26 LPA
