Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager with a strong background in footwear retail to lead store operations in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving store performance, ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing store staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

- Ensure the store is well maintained, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive store sales targets and revenue growth.

- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve store productivity.





- Identify opportunities to increase customer conversions and average bill value.

Customer Experience
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a premium in-store shopping experience.

- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Build strong relationships with repeat customers.

Team Management
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals.

- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity.

- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.

Inventory & Merchandising
- Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory control.

- Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.

- Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and new product launches.

Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail operational guidelines.

- Maintain accurate records related to sales, inventory, and store performance.

- Prepare and share regular reports with management.

Candidate Requirements

- 2 – 7 years of experience in retail store management.

- Mandatory experience in Footwear Retail.

- Strong understanding of retail store operations and merchandising.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

- Ability to drive sales and manage store KPIs effectively.
