Job Description:

Position: Fabric Merchandiser

Location: Mumbai - Kalyan

Experience: 0 - 1 Years

Industries: Textile

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate fabric development and samples including lab-dips, strike-offs, PP samples, bulk lot samples and quality samples as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate sample testing, approvals and mary dispatch of samples to customers.
- Act as a key point of contact for assigned customers and provide regular updates on order status, samples, approvals and deliveries.
- Coordinate with Sales, Sourcing, Producon, Quality, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure smooth and timely order execution.
- Monitor orders against T&A; plans, follow up with relevant teams and proacvely highlight potential delays or risks.
- Coordinate purchase orders, customer confirmations, commercial approvals, advance payments and dispatch-related documentaon as required.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, orders, samples, approvals, testing reports, production status, dispatches and customer communicaon.
- Support inquiry management by coordinang samples and quotations with the Sales team and following up for order conversion.




- Handle routine customer queries, feedback and service concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for resoluon.
- Coordinate dispatch planning and ensure delivery-related documents and informaon are shared with customers on me.
