Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter/Team Lead to oversee and guide our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring processes, mentoring recruiters, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Assign requisitions and manage workload distribution across the recruitment team.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reporting.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and professional growth.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.
- Leverage recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn, job boards) effectively.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelorâs degree
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced workplace.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in industry, e.g., tech, healthcare, retail, pharma
