We are looking for an experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle ICM Cloud solutions within the Oracle CX ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Oracle ICM Cloud solutions

• Configure compensation plans, crediting rules, rollups & incentive models

• Collaborate with business stakeholders for scalable solution design

• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP & Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/iPaaS)

• Provide technical leadership to onsite/offshore teams

• Support testing, UAT,



production support & performance tuning

• Participate in pre-sales activities and customer demos

Required Skills:

Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud – 10+ Years

Oracle CX Cloud knowledge

ICM configuration & transaction processing

REST/SOAP integrations & Oracle Integration Cloud

SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI Reports

Solid stakeholder management & communication skills

Ability to work independently and guide teams

Nice to Have:

• Oracle Cloud Certifications

• Experience creating scalable and future-ready solution artifacts
