Position Summary
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for managing and delivering multiple complex product programs on time, while leading AI‑enabled, intelligence‑driven delivery execution across the organization. This role owns, develops, and manages integrated program plans for assigned product releases and applies AI‑enabled program management practices to optimize planning, execution, risk management, and outcomes. The Senior Program Manager proactively manages scope, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, risks, issues, and change control while fostering solid, collaborative relationships across engineering, product, quality, operations, and client‑facing teams. In addition to driving disciplined program execution, this role leverages intelligent tooling, automation, and data‑driven insights to improve delivery predictability, decision‑making, and operational readiness at scale.
