Principal Program Manager, OCI Transitions and Migrations

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is transforming how organizations run their most significant applications and workloads. The OCI Transitions and Migrations team helps customers plan and execute complex transitions to Oracle Cloud, coordinating activities across customer teams, engineering, operations, product management, support, sales, and other Oracle organizations.
As a Principal Program Manager for OCI Transitions and Migrations, you will lead high-impact migration and transition programs, establish clear execution plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure successful delivery. You will act as a central point of accountability, communicate program status to senior leadership,
and drive resolution of issues that span teams and organizations.
Job Requirements
8+ Years of Related Experience:
Eight or more years of experience in program management, project management, cloud migrations, enterprise technology delivery, consulting, operations, or a related field.
Program Leadership and Execution:
Demonstrated experience leading large, complex programs across multiple teams, workstreams, and organizational boundaries. Proven ability to develop integrated plans, roadmaps, milestones, governance models, and success measures.
Cloud and Migration Experience:
Experience supporting cloud transitions, enterprise migrations, infrastructure programs, application migrations, data migrations, or technology transformation initiatives. Experience with OCI, AWS, Azure, or other enterprise cloud platforms is preferred.
