Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for an F&B; Guest Service Associate located in Sakleshpur. The F&B; Guest Service Associate will be responsible for managing guest services, handling reservations, and ensuring a high level of customer service.



Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, taking reservations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications
- Guest Services, Guest Service, and Customer Service skills
- Experience with handling Reservations
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus
