What’s the role?
As a Customer Support Associate at Jar, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences during overnight hours. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong sense of empathy, patience, and active listening to effectively resolve user queries. This role requires adaptability in handling a wide range of customer concerns across multiple channels while working independently in a remote setup.
