Job Title: Store Manager

Department: Plant warehouse

Reporting To: Plant Head

Location: Guwahati

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Achieve sales targets and improve store profitability
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver high performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations effectively
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and minimize shrinkage
- Implement visual merchandising and brand guidelines
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
- Coordinate with warehouse, vendors, and HO teams when required

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications




- Proven experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- Sales-driven mindset with analytical abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management and billing systems
- Basic computer skills (POS, MS Excel, reports)

Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in retail / store operations
- Experience in fashion, FMCG, electronics, lifestyle, or similar retail preferred

CTC / Salary
- As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)

Working Days & Timings
- 6 days working
- Rotational shifts as per store operations
