Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll be the frontline support for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing information about products and services, processing orders, and resolving complaints across various communication channels. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering professional support to enhance their experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and qualified attitude towards customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Communicate with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.




- Collaborate with colleagues as needed to address customer needs and concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building abilities.
- Patient and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Willingness to work graveyard shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems.
- In-depth knowledge of our company's products and services.
- Expertise in customer service areas such as accounts, sales, or others.
- At least 6 months of experience as a CSR

Compensation (starting salary at Php 20,000)
