Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive - Operations
Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

Reporting to: Manager - Operations

Job Overview:
The Executive / Senior Executive - Operations will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipment preparation, and ensuring the smooth functioning of loading and unloading activities. The role requires attention to detail, multi-tasking in a rapid-paced environment, and the ability to work with international 3PL logistics standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Receive, count, and stock items in the warehouse.
- Record data manually or using a PC.
- Verify inventory by comparing physical counts with system records.
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner.

Shipment Handling:
- Prepare outgoing shipments from the warehouse.




- Check and verify the quantity, quality, temperature, and weight of items.
- Handle damaged goods and ensure correct documentation

Loading/Unloading:

Manage and oversee the loading and unloading activities within the warehouse.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:

3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, specifically in 3PL logistics and warehousing.
Skills/Knowledge:

Knowledge of 3PL international standards.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced and growing environment.
Education:

Undergraduate or graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
