Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Security Consulting Manager (SCM), Indian Subcontinent will drive security revenue growth and the effective coordination and delivery of security consulting and managed services in the region within scope. The SCM will oversee the provision of support to International SOS Consulting Middle East distribution channels to drive profitable growth across relevant business lines in security consulting solutions and customer satisfaction. They will help to translate the Security Services’ strategic vision into clear priorities and actions, driving the day-to-day delivery of Security Consulting in the region across the International SOS Security Consulting focus areas (Crisis Management, Risk Assessment and Management, Security Consulting, and Information).

Business Development
- Partner with Consulting Practice leaders, Security teams, and commercial stakeholders to shape, pursue and close recent opportunities.




- Provide professional security expertise to drive consulting opportunities through strategic client engagement and global/cross-border collaboration with clients and prospects.
- Support Account Management and Business Development teams in deepening key client relationships by identifying and integrating security advisory into broader consulting engagements

Solution Design and Delivery
- Design and position tailored security and managed service solutions that align with client needs and global standards.
- Drive execution and delivery of Security Consulting in the region, including building a high-quality, scalable security consultant capability in close coordination with Consulting Practice HR and administration and regional Security Partners.
- Ensure quality and consistency of consulting delivery, aligned with ISO standards and internal quality frameworks.
- Collaborate with regional security colleagues and Security peers globally to identify trends across security markets and continuously share best practice.
