Job Description
The Lead – Offerings Enablement & Knowledge Management owns the operating model that connects Genpact’s offerings, GTM content, knowledge architecture, AI-enabled recommendations, and sales execution into a unified growth engine. The role partners with Service Lines, Capability teams, Sales, Solutioning, Marketing, Partnerships, and Growth leadership to improve GTM readiness, seller effectiveness, knowledge quality, offering governance, and measurable business impact. Big focus is on Genpact’s Advanced Technology Solutions, and this team is a key enabler that helps Genpact go to market with these.
