What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs. Own end-to-end hiring delivery for the assigned portfolio – sourcing, screening, interviews,



offers, and onboarding – against agreed glidepaths, TAT, cost, and quality benchmarks. Lead a multi-layered team of Team Leads, Senior Analysts, Analysts, and Admin Associates across sourcing, screening, and scheduling pods; own hiring, capacity planning, span management, and shrinkage. Define sourcing strategy across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors / RPOs, and passive channels; drive source mix, cost per hire, and pipeline health for critical roles. Govern interview scheduling and coordination operations – SLA adherence, panel readiness, candidate experience, and feedback loops across HR, technical, and leadership rounds.
