10+ years of recruitment experience
Solid experience in IT/Software/FinTech hiring
Expertise in SaaS/Enterprise/B2B IT Sales hiring
Understanding of ARR, quota, pipeline, deal size, and revenue targets
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience supporting US and/or Europe markets
