? Overview (Role Purpose)
We are looking for an experienced Staff DevOps Engineer / Team Lead that can lead the DevOps team in supporting our development teams. You’ll thrive in this role if you love both leading other engineers to deliver valuable systems and getting hands on with design and implementation. You will be responsible for maintaining our Linux-based build and test infrastructure,



which runs thousands of tests every hour supporting our development teams. You will drive the design, development, and migration to a modern CICD pipeline with automated quality gates, working closely with development, testing, and IT teams to understand requirements and develop efficient solutions.
? Responsibilities
Lead DevOps team, mentoring and growing senior DevOps engineers, as together you accomplish the following:
- Collaborate with development, quality engineering, and IT teams to design, implement, and maintain a scalable, secure, and high-availability Linux-based build and test infrastructure
- Work with development and testing teams to maintain and improve the test orchestration and scheduling tool chain
- Proactively optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise to ensure smooth operations
- Handle system updates, upgrades, and patch management to keep the workplace secure and up t
