Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product selection and queries (in-store / online)
- Handle customer interactions via voice, chat, or in-person support
- Support order processing, billing, returns, and exchanges




- Maintain store presentation and product displays (for retail roles)
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate / Undergraduate (as per role requirement)
- Good communication skills in English
- Prior experience in retail / customer service / BPO preferred
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts / weekends

- Experience in retail store operations or e-commerce support
