Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Virtual Assistant with strong design sensibilities and front-end development expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining WordPress websites, translating designs into functional pages, and supporting content updates and SEO improvements. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for UI/UX and the technical know-how to troubleshoot and enhance WordPress sites.

Key Responsibilities

WordPress Expertise

- Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor Pro (pages, templates, dynamic content).
- Familiarity with other page builders such as Divi and Beaver Builder is a plus.
- Manage themes, plugins, and adhere to best practices for performance, security, and scalability.

Content Management & SEO

- Update site content, media, and internal links with accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement basic on-page SEO techniques including meta tags, image alt text, and clean URL structures.
- Use SEO plugins like Yoast SEO or Rank Math to optimize site visibility.

Design & UI/UX

- Accurately replicate Figma designs into responsive WordPress layouts.




- Apply responsive design principles to ensure mobile-friendly experiences.
- Perform basic graphic design tasks such as cropping, resizing, and optimizing images.

Front-End Development

- Write and troubleshoot HTML/CSS for custom styling and layout fixes.
- Use basic JavaScript to create interactive or dynamic elements when needed.

Key Attributes

- Attention to Detail: Ensures visual accuracy, working links, and error-free content.
- Problem-Solving: Able to debug layout issues, resolve plugin conflicts, and troubleshoot UI bugs.
- Communication: Effectively collaborates, provides regular updates, and asks clarifying questions.
- Time Management: Manages tasks efficiently and consistently meets deadlines.

Requirements

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a WordPress VA or Front-End Developer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating WordPress builds and Figma-to-site conversions.
- Proficiency with Elementor Pro and familiarity with other builders is a plus.
- Solid understanding of SEO basics and tools.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms.
