PIXSONIK is a creative media agency helping brands create impactful and result-driven communication through branding, creative design, websites, motion graphics, corporate videos, presentations, and digital solutions.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer with at least two years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building responsive WordPress websites using Elementor or similar page builders, developing and modifying HTML websites, and implementing essential on-page and technical SEO practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites.
- Build websites using Elementor, Elementor Pro, WPBakery, Divi, Gutenberg, or similar page builders.
- Convert approved designs, wireframes, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Figma layouts into functional websites.
- Develop landing pages, corporate websites, portfolio websites, blogs, and service-based websites.
- Create and modify websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
- Customize WordPress themes, child themes, templates, headers, footers, forms, and page layouts.
- Install, configure, customize, and update WordPress plugins.
- Integrate contact forms, WhatsApp, social media, Google Maps, payment gateways, analytics, and other third-party tools.
- Ensure websites are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Test websites for browser compatibility, responsiveness, functionality, and performance.
- Troubleshoot WordPress errors, plugin conflicts, broken layouts, and compatibility issues.
- Manage website migration, domain configuration, hosting setup, SSL installation, backups, and staging environments.
- Improve website loading speed through image optimization, caching, script optimization, and database cleanup.
- Implement website security, spam protection, backup, and update procedures.
- Coordinate with designers,



content writers, SEO professionals, and project managers.
- Provide website maintenance, updates, and technical support after launch.
- Manage multiple website projects while meeting agreed deadlines.

SEO RESPONSIBILITIES

- Implement essential on-page and technical SEO practices.
- Configure SEO plugins such as Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or All in One SEO.
- Add and optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, heading structures, image alt tags, and SEO-friendly URLs.
- Implement internal linking and basic keyword placement.
- Create and submit XML sitemaps.
- Configure robots.txt files and canonical URLs.
- Set up redirects and identify broken links or 404 errors.
- Integrate Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Implement basic schema markup where required.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, website speed, and overall technical performance.
- Ensure websites are structured correctly for search engine crawling and indexing.
- Coordinate with the SEO team to implement technical recommendations.

REQUIRED TEDCHNICAL SKILLS

- Minimum two years of professional WordPress development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Elementor and Elementor Pro.
- Experience with at least one additional page builder such as WPBakery, Divi, Gutenberg, or Bricks.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery.
- Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
- Experience with responsive website development.
- Understanding of WordPress themes, child themes,



templates, plugins, and widgets.
- Experience in customizing existing themes and page-builder components.
- Familiarity with WooCommerce will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of cPanel, FTP/SFTP, databases, domains, DNS, SSL, and website hosting.
- Experience with website migration, backups, staging, security, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of image and website performance optimization.
- Practical understanding of on-page and technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and web-design principles.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop designs.
- Knowledge of Git or version-control systems will be an advantage.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with strong professional experience and an excellent portfolio may apply regardless of formal qualifications.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who can independently manage a website project - from understanding the design and building the pages to testing, SEO integration, optimization, migration, and final launch.

Candidates must have a portfolio of live WordPress or HTML websites developed by them.
