Overview
The Hosting Operations team is seeking an initiative-taking and experienced Citrix engineer to join a growing team. This individual will work closely with the Business Unit leaders, Support leadership team, SDO, Altera internal IT, partners, and vendors.
This is a remote role working rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
· Implement and support enterprise-level Citrix environments
· Install, configure, and maintain Citrix servers and ADCs and related systems
· Identify opportunities to standardize, enhance, and automate existing processes
· Investigate,
troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and problems with Citrix and related systems
· Serve as third level escalation for Citrix support and troubleshooting
· Engage in technical problem solving across multiple technologies
· Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
· Participate in on-call 24X7 support
Contribution towards the team synergy:
- Coach, and mentor junior team members and provide leadership.
- Complete root cause analysis and problem management and share with team members to improve team processes.
- Knowledge transfer with other team members to improve overall team education level.
- Take ownership of assigned task(s) and provide project updates.
Qualifications
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, management information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
