About the role

ShelfWatch is a retail shelf monitoring and execution platform used by global CPG and FMCG brands across 50+ markets. Every one of those clients arrives with the same underlying need described in a different vocabulary, a different store format, and a different set of internal metrics.

Your job is to be the person who knows, precisely, what our product already does — and who can look at a client requirement and say this is a configuration, this is a roadmap item, or this is something you shouldn't want, and here's what to do instead.

You will work alongside a Project Manager on each account. They own the plan, the timeline and the commercials. You own the solution: what gets switched on, how it gets configured, and whether what we deliver actually answers what the client asked for.

This is a client-facing role. You will be on the weekly and monthly calls, running demos and fielding questions directly — not briefing someone else to do it.

What you'll do
Translate client requirements into ShelfWatch capability — map the ask to what exists, specify the configuration,



and define what "done" looks like in terms the client will accept
Own the solution design across the account lifecycle, from scoping through go-live and into steady state
Run client calls: walk through the solution as it's being built, demo recent capability, work through queries and concerns in the room
Push back where it matters — steer clients toward standard product instead of bespoke workarounds, and say plainly when something is not feasible
Route escalations to the right internal team with enough diagnosis attached that they can act on it, rather than passing the message along
Partner with Product and Engineering — you'll be one of the sharpest sources of signal on what real clients actually need
Build the internal reference material for your specialization, so the next account doesn't start from zero.
