MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• MBA from tier 1 colleges
• Experience in Strategy Consulting, PE/VC/Investment Banking, or Strategy & Operations at a high-growth company.
• Strong strategic thinking, business planning, and cross-functional project management skills.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the operational cadence of the Director's Office, ensuring effective governance through regular reviews, strategic decision-making, and timely execution of key initiatives.
• Lead the annual and long-term business planning process across multiple business units,



aligning strategic priorities with organizational objectives.
• Drive and oversee 2–3 high-impact cross-functional strategic initiatives each quarter, including new business verticals, organizational transformation, M&A; opportunities, and process improvements.
• Represent the Director in internal strategic discussions and prepare high-quality board presentations, investor reports, and executive communication materials.

• Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led setting while managing multiple priorities with agility and ownership.
