Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards, social networking sites, and references as per requirement specifications.

Shortlist candidates via telephonic and technical screening while assessing their interest level and fitment.

Understand salary structures and manage salary negotiations.

Follow up with selected candidates to confirm Date of Joining (DOJ) and update clients/respective departments accordingly.
