Role Summary:

We are looking to employ qualified and competent safety personnel who will be responsible for the health and safety of people & keeping clean & Safe Environment . The safety personnel will conduct safety programs and standardize them to remain consistent, as well as share best practice techniques at regular staff meetings. Candidate shall be updated with the latest trends in health and safety and consistently implement these practices in the workplace. Ultimately, a top-notch safety Deputy Manager will maintain compliance with all safety regulations and ensure that every member of staff complies with the Safety protocols & systems.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100 % compliance of Statutory & Legal requirements
- Ensuring strengthening of Safety awareness & Safety culture by ensuring Safety training, conducting Behavioral based safety program etc
- Bringing in new ideas & innovation , best practices to improve Safety performance




- Ensure Safety Audit(Internal/external) schedule & compliance across site
- Ensure Incident Investigation & recommendations closure on time
- Improving Safety performance by monitoring & tracking Safety (Workplace Safety Workplace & Fire Safety )Leading & Lagging Indicators
- Ensuring effective Work permit management , JSA , TBT, LOTOTO & ensuring Implementation
- Leading & guiding team of Safety including Workplace Safety , Environment & Fire safety
- Ensuring Safety promotional activities such as Safety Month , BBS Month etc to be planned & implemented to enhance Safety culture
- Ensure compliance of all Process safety management such as MOC ,PHA , PSSR etc .
- Ensure effective operation of Effluent Treatment plant ensuring sustenance of Zero liquid discharge
- Environment Management
