Overview:
Lead the Master Scheduling team to deliver an accurate MPS, ensure compliance and data integrity, resolve planning constraints,
and align production plans with business and SIOP objectives.
Job Title : Senior Manager - Master Scheduler
What You Will Do :
- Lead and manage a team of master schedulers, ensuring adherence to MPS policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all portfolios.
- Own the long-range MPS plan and drive alignment between supply and financial commitments after each SIOP cycle.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Program Management to identify, escalate, and resolve capacity and material constraints impacting the MPS plan.
- Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure MPS data integrity, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement in MPS processes, standardizing approaches across portfolios in support of the broader SIOP Transformation initiative.
