The Oracle HCM Talent, Learning & Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Sr. Associate is responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing Talent Management, Learning, and Recruiting modules within Oracle Fusion HCM.
This role ensures effective management of talent lifecycle processes, employee development, and recruitment operations, aligning with business goals and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The associate plays a key role in delivering high-quality managed services support, enhancements, and continuous improvement across HCM Talent applications.

The role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on AMS support experience,



and the ability to work independently in a client-facing workplace.
- 6+ years experience in Oracle HCM Talent, Learning and ORC modules
- Strong AMS experience: Incidents, SRs, enhancements, configurations
- End-to-end implementation + post-go-live support
- Experience in performance cycles, hiring processes, and learning programs
- Understanding of Core HR integrations
- Basic knowledge of Fast Formulas, workflows, approvals

- Implement and support modules: Performance, Goals, Succession, Talent Review
- Manage talent profiles, competencies, rating models, and performance cycles
- Support talent assessments, calibration, and career development frameworks
- Partner with HR to align talent strategy with workforce planning
