About the Role

We are looking for an Automation Test Engineer with 3+ years of experience in software testing and test automation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in automation testing and a good understanding of functional and API testing.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web-based applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium or similar tools.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to resolve issues.
- Execute test cases and analyze test results.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Write and execute SQL queries for database validation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Maintain test documentation, automation scripts, and test reports.

Required Skills




- 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / Automation Testing.
- Solid hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Good programming knowledge in Java or Python.
- Knowledge of TestNG/JUnit or similar automation frameworks.
- Good understanding of STLC, SDLC, defect life cycle, and test case design.
- Experience with API testing and Postman.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Experience with Jira or similar defect tracking tools.
- Basic understanding of Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- Experience in testing ERP applications.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion applications.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP testing and business processes will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
