Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, design, and dispatch departments.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution of orders.
- Plan raw material and component requirements as per production targets.
- Track machine manufacturing progress and maintain production reports.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and resources.
- Coordinate with vendors and stores for material availability.
- Follow up on pending activities to avoid production delays.
- Maintain inventory control and WIP (Work in Progress) monitoring.
- Generate MIS reports related to production planning and dispatch.
- Improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and customer commitments.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control processes.
- Experience in engineering or machinery manufacturing industry preferred.
- Valuable understanding of BOM, routing, inventory, and production scheduling.
- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Leadership and team management capability.

Qualification
- Diploma / BE Mechanical / Production Engineering
- Additional certification in production planning will be an advantage.

Experience
- 3 to 10 years experience in PPC within engineering or manufacturing industry.
- Experience in machinery manufacturing preferred.
