Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales, acquire new clients, manage existing accounts, and expand the company's market presence. The role involves field sales, client visits, lead generation, business development, negotiation, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across construction, solar, storage, elevators, cranes, automobiles, fabrication, and related industries.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, trade contacts, and online research.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into customers.
• Conduct client meetings and understand customer requirements to recommend suitable products.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms,



and close sales within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and after-sales requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Identify recent applications and industries for cold roll-formed metal products.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, client records, and pipeline updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
