Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Management:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Partner with the leadership team to provide HR guidance and support on all employee-related matters.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee morale, productivity, and retention.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all exempt and non-exempt positions, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet future workforce needs.
- Ensure a comprehensive and engaging onboarding experience for all current hires.

Employee & Labor Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations as needed.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting open communication and effective conflict resolution.




- Manage and administer the collective bargaining agreement (if applicable) and maintain positive relationships with union representatives.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Performance Management & Development:
- Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on setting goals and delivering feedback.
- Identify training and development needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all central, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including the Factories Act, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
