Job summary:

The role involves close collaboration with
cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality for precision
components. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and maintain quality
control systems that meet customer requirements and industry standards such as
ISO 9001 and AS9100.



This position requires a hands-on approach to
problem-solving, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a
strong culture of quality across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and Manage Quality Systems

* Develop, document, and maintain quality
plans, procedures, and work instructions in compliance with ISO 9001 and
AS9100 standards.

2. Inspection & Metrology

* Conduct stage, in-process, and final
inspections using metrology instruments such as 2D height gauge, VMM, air
gauge, bore gauge, and surface roughness testers.

* Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;,
and specifications; identify non-conformances and collaborate with
cross-functional teams for resolution.

3. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions

* Lead RCA for internal rejections, customer
complaints, and supplier issues.

* Implement corrective and preventive actions
(CAPA) using structured m
