What will you do?
As a Lead Product Designer at Rocketlane, you’ll own important areas of the product and help shape the next generation of our PSA platform.
You will:
- Own end-to-end design strategy and execution for key product areas.
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, customer-facing teams, and customers to understand problems deeply.
- Turn ambiguous, complex enterprise problems into clear product direction and intuitive user flows that feel simple and easy to adopt.
- Treat AI as a core part of your design toolkit, using it to accelerate product thinking, generate sharper explorations, validate assumptions, and close the gap between design and engineering — including pushing UI
