What you'll be doing:
As Assistant Manager you will support the digital and operational transformation of the organization, ensuring the seamless integration of technology with retail operations to drive innovation, growth, and enhanced customer experiences.





This role combines deep understanding retail and technical acumen to redefine the retail environment, creating value through innovative IT solutions, data-driven decision-making, and optimized customer engagement.

The role focuses on driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of best practices, processes, and tools across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations across sales, inventory and customer service.
- Support the Implement data-driven methodologies to monitor, evaluate, and improve performance.

2. Innovation and Digital Transformation:
- Research and support the deploy emerging technologies and creative solutions to enhance retail operations.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in the competitive retail IT landscape.

3. Change Management:
- Act as a catalyst for change, support adoption of new processes, too
